Ice cube tray chocolate stawberries

Spray an ice cube tray with a small amount of oil.

Slice strawberries and place half in each hole of tray.

Melt dark chocolate bars or chips on your stove top in a small cooking pot. (3 large bars for each pint of strawberries)

Pour over strawberries.

Cool in fridge for 1 hour.

turn over and pop out

Apple cake

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 heaping teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
6 medium crisp apples
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl

mix the eggs, sugar, cinnamon and oil

Peel and slice the apples and add to mixture in bowl

Mix together the baking soda and flour and add to the ingredients in the bowl

Mix well (best with a fork) until all of the flour is absorbed by the wet ingredients

Pour mixture into a greased one 9×13 or two 9″ round pans

Bake for approximately 55 minutes.

Lower Fat Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar                                                    

6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder                                                    

10 tablespoons plain yogurt                                                   

2  eggs

1/8 tsp.  salt                                                                                                

1 tsp. vanilla extract                                                    

1/2 cup + 1tbsp. all-purpose flour                                                    

Directions

Preheat the oven to 325,  Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, cocoa powder and yogurt. Stir in the eggs one at a time until well blended, then add vanilla and salt. Stir in the flour until just absorbed. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 28 to 32 minutes in the preheated oven, until the brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan, and a toothpick inserted comes out fairly clean (sticky crumbs are okay). Cool brownies in the pan over a wire rack before cutting into squares. Cover tightly with plastic wrap to store.

 

Easy Homemade Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups margarine

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups flour

2 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup cocoa

2 cups nuts (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter and add cocoa; mix. Stir in sugar and blend in the eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts; mix well.

Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Let cool on rack, 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into 20 square pieces.
