Stuffed Pepper Soup

stuffed Pepper soup


2 lbs lean ground beef
2 quarts water
2 large green peppers chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 can tomato paste
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 cups uncooked long grain rice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 pouches of beef bouillon powder


Brown ground beef. Drain.

Add all ingredients to a stock pot, and bring to a boil. Turn down to low and simmer for 45 minutes. Add additional liquid if it thickens too much.
