Pineapple Fluff (Bread Pudding)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter (soft)

15 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)

3 beaten eggs

3/4 cup sugar

5 slices of cubed white bread—no crusts

1/2 cup raisins if desired

Directions

Cream the butter and the sugar–add the eggs and beat well using mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients. Put all into 1/2 qt. ungreased casserole dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 325 (uncovered).
