Biscuit Sticks

1/3 cup butter or margarine

2 cups Baking mix

1/2 cup cold water

Heat oven to 425, melt butter in oven in 9×13 pan

In medium bowl, stir baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Place on dusted baking mix surface, gently roll in mix to coat. Shape into ball Knead 5 times. Roll into 10×6 rectangle. cut into half lengthwise. Cut each half crossways into 12 sticks. Roll each one in butter in pan.

Bake 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
