1/1/2 lbs. boneless beef chuck steak cut into 3/4 in cubes
2 tbs. flour
3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
In 2qt. casserole coat beef with flour and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave, covered on high for 5 min. Reduce power to medium and cook until beer is tender, about 50-80 min. Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking. Let stand 5-10 min. Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
